Incredible pizza. Dough is semi-full grain and super nice texture, crispy and soft at the same time. Big menu with possibility of making your own pizza with selected toppings.
I usually go for 4 formaggi in every pizzeria, but I challenged myself to 9 formaggi this time 😅 very nice experience.

Art is alive in this place, the products are quality and the service is excellent. The strong point of this pizzeria is the possibility of having the 9-grain dough and the wholemeal dough in addition to the normal one. You can compose your own pizza and the ingredients and prices of the individual ingredients are clear and described. The place is located in a quiet location behind the road, not easily visible, but once discovered, it is a gem. The service was fast, clean bathrooms and large spaces, in this case they were full. The staff was friendly and the prices were good and compared to the quality received. The quality of the pizza is very high and it is wood-fired, I think the leavening takes between 24 and 48 hours but I'm not sure, I know it was very light despite having chosen very heavy ingredients but I don't feel completely full. I congratulate the pizza chef and the staff, STRA-I recommend

My colleagues and I went last night, a magnificent place, welcomed with warmth and friendliness.
We had dinner outside the restaurant... a vast lawn that made us feel pampered.
We consumed a mixed starter, a spritz and then various pizzas with a wide choice of beers.... all excellent... the pizzas were something exceptional.
We were served in the right time.
And what can I say... the desserts concluded our dinner accompanied by the bitters... in a perfect way.
I will definitely be back 😀
